How to Play

1. Fungua Akaunti Yako

Tap Register, give your mobile number, and choose a password you do not use anywhere else.

You must be eighteen or older and physically in Kenya. We verify your identity, age and location before the account is activated.

Have your national identity card or passport ready. Verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is paid, so it is worth doing it at the start rather than when you have won.

Register in your own name, with your own number and your own payment details. An account opened in someone else's name cannot be paid out.

2. Weka Fedha

Go to Deposit, choose your payment method, and enter the amount. The payment method must be registered in your own name.

Confirm the payment on your phone when prompted. Funds are available once the provider confirms them.

Kenyan law applies an excise duty to gambling deposits. Before you confirm, the screen shows what you send, what is deducted, and what reaches your balance, so there is no surprise.

We do not charge a deposit fee. Your mobile money operator may charge its own, and that charge is yours.

You can set a deposit limit at any time from your profile. Setting one before you start is easier than stopping later.

3. Tafuta Mechi na Soko

Choose a sport from the top bar, then a country and a competition, or use search if you know the team.

Live shows events in play; Upcoming shows events yet to start. Each event lists its markets: match result, over/under, handicaps, and many more inside the event page.

A market is a question about the event. The odds beside each answer are what you are paid per unit staked if that answer is right.

The rules that apply to a market are shown with it. Read them where a market is unfamiliar, because they decide how your bet is settled.

4. Aina za Bet

A single is one selection. It wins if that selection wins.

A multi, or accumulator, combines several selections. The odds multiply, so the return is larger, but every selection must win. One loss loses the bet.

A system bet covers combinations within your selections, so that you can still return something when not all of them win. It costs more, because it is several bets at once.

You cannot combine selections that depend on each other in the same multi. Where that applies, the bet slip tells you.

Start with singles until the settlement rules are familiar. Long accumulators look attractive because the potential return is large; the chance of winning them is correspondingly small.

5. Odds na Malipo

Odds are shown in decimal form. Your potential return is the stake multiplied by the odds, and it includes the stake back.

A stake of 100 at odds of 2.50 returns 250 if it wins: 150 profit and your 100 back.

In a multi, the odds of each selection are multiplied together. Three selections at 1.50, 2.00 and 3.00 give combined odds of 9.00.

The bet slip calculates this for you, and shows any statutory deduction that applies, before you confirm.

Odds move as money is placed and as the event develops. The odds that apply are those accepted when your bet is placed.

6. Weka Bet Yako

Tap the odds to add a selection to the bet slip. Tap again to remove it.

Enter your stake. The minimum stake for online gambling in Kenya is 20 shillings, set by law, and the platform will not accept less.

Check the selections, the stake and the potential return, then confirm. You need enough money in your account: betting on credit is not permitted in Kenya.

The bet is placed only when you see the confirmation. If your connection drops while placing it, check My Bets before trying again rather than placing it twice.

Once a bet is accepted, its terms do not change. Later movement in the odds does not affect a bet already accepted.

7. Fuatilia na Malipo

Open bets are in My Bets, with the current state of each selection.

Bets are settled once the result for the market is confirmed by the provider. Some markets depend on official confirmation and take longer.

Winnings are credited to your account on settlement. You will see the bet move from open to settled with the amount returned.

A void selection is one that cannot be settled, for example where an event is abandoned. Its stake is returned, and in a multi it is treated as odds of 1.00.

Where a bet has been settled in error, we correct it, whether the error was in your favour or ours.

8. Toa Ushindi Wako

Go to Withdraw, enter the amount, and confirm. Payment is made to a method registered in your own name.

Verification must be complete before a withdrawal is paid, and we verify the identity of every winner before payment. Doing this early saves time later.

Kenyan law sets how quickly prizes are paid according to their size, and what verification applies to each tier. Ordinary wins are paid immediately; larger wins require further verification and are paid within the periods the law sets.

Statutory deductions are applied where the law requires and are shown to you.

If a withdrawal is held, we tell you what is needed to release it. If a bonus is still subject to conditions, the bet slip and your profile show what remains.
